I. Service Content ١. محتوى الخدمة

LigaChat reserves the right to adjust or change the content of the Services at any time without prior notice. The Platform provides certain paid value-added services. For such services, LigaChat will clearly inform you of the relevant billing standards and rules in advance. You must complete the payment and confirm your consent before using the corresponding paid services. If you refuse to pay the relevant fees, LigaChat is under no obligation to provide you with such paid services. If you violate the rules of use stipulated in this Agreement, LigaChat reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict the provision of services to you at any time without assuming any liability to you or any third party.

II. Live Interaction Services ٢. خدمات التفاعل المباشر

The Platform is designed and operated solely for lawful, personal use. You shall not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activities, nor shall you infringe upon the privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful proprietary rights of others. The Platform only provides an entertainment and interaction venue for users. LigaChat does not assume liability for any decisions you make based on Platform content. You are solely responsible for all transaction behaviors you conduct on the Platform. Please operate with caution.

III. User Account ٣. حساب المستخدم

Using the Platform services requires you to register and create a personal account, or log in via a third-party account (such as Facebook, Google). When logging in through a third-party account, you authorize the Platform to obtain relevant information from your personal profile (including but not limited to your name, email address, etc.). You assume full responsibility for all information bound to your account and all actions related to your account. You shall not register multiple personal accounts, log in or attempt to log in to the Platform services through unauthorized third-party applications or clients, disclose your account password, or impersonate others to use the Platform. Without the written permission of LigaChat, you shall not authorize, transfer, sell, rent, or otherwise dispose of your account.

IV. Platform Content ٤. محتوى المنصة

The content of this Platform includes: (1) graphics, text, photos, pictures, videos, audio, software, code, layout design, visual style, and advertising content provided by LigaChat or its licensors; (2) status updates, text, and other interactive information posted by you and other users (collectively referred to as "Platform Content"). LigaChat only authorizes you to use the Platform Content in accordance with this Agreement. Except for fair use or with the written authorization of LigaChat, you shall not use, copy, adapt, distribute, publicly perform, or display the Platform Content for commercial purposes.

You assume full responsibility for the content you post and the consequences of posting it. LigaChat acts solely as an information storage space service provider. User-posted content does not represent the position or views of LigaChat, and LigaChat does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of any user content. You make the following confirmations and promises regarding the user content you post:

You promise that you have the right to post the submitted content and will not engage in the following behaviors: posting or submitting content that infringes upon others' patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, personality rights, or proprietary rights; posting or submitting content that is malicious, harassing, profane, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harmful to minors, invasive of privacy, hate speech, racially discriminatory, regionally discriminatory, money laundering, gambling-oriented, or otherwise illegal or non-compliant; posting or transmitting malicious code, phishing links, or other content that endangers network security; posting or submitting content that endangers national unity, sovereignty, territorial integrity, national security, public social order, incites crimes, obstructs judicial investigations, or damages the national image; encouraging or guiding others to violate this Agreement. For rules regarding LigaChat's use and sharing of user-submitted information, please refer to the Platform's Privacy Policy.

VI. Third-Party Links ٦. روابط الطرف الثالث

The Platform may contain third-party hyperlinks posted by users. LigaChat assumes no responsibility for the content and actions of third-party websites or services. You assume full legal responsibility for third-party links you post. This Agreement and the Platform's Privacy Policy do not apply to such third-party websites, and you must review the terms of service and privacy policies of third-party websites on your own.

VII. Spam Regulations ٧. لوائح الرسائل العشوائية

You shall not post or submit pictures, text, videos, audio, or other content determined by LigaChat to be spam. It is forbidden to disrupt the order of Platform use or affect other users' experience with spam.

لا يجوز لك نشر أو تقديم صور أو نصوص أو مقاطع فيديو أو مقاطع صوتية أو أي محتوى آخر تحدده LigaChat على أنه رسائل عشوائية (Spam). يُحظر تعطيل نظام استخدام المنصة أو التأثير على تجربة المستخدمين الآخرين بالرسائل العشوائية.

VIII. Service Order Regulations ٨. لوائح نظام الخدمة

You shall not engage in actions that interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, implant malicious code, or obstruct others from using the Platform services, nor shall you assist others in abusing the Platform services.

لا يجوز لك الانخراط في إجراءات تتداخل مع التشغيل الطبيعي للمنصة، أو زرع أكواد برمجية خبيثة، أو منع الآخرين من استخدام خدمات المنصة، كما لا يجوز لك مساعدة الآخرين في إساءة استخدام خدمات المنصة.

IX. Minors Use Regulations ٩. لوائح استخدام القصر

The services of this Platform are intended for users aged 17 and above. The Platform does not intentionally collect any personal information from minors under the age of 17.

X. Copyright Protection ١٠. حماية حقوق الطبع والنشر

LigaChat is not responsible for copyright infringements caused by content or advertisements posted or transmitted by users or third parties through the Platform. The Platform will strictly abide by laws and regulations related to intellectual property rights and promptly handle legal notices of infringement upon receipt. LigaChat has the right to remove user content it determines to constitute copyright infringement, and false complaints of infringement shall be liable for compensation. The Platform will close the accounts of users who repeatedly commit infringements in accordance with the law.

XI. Indemnification ١١. التعويض عن الأضرار

You assume responsibility for all your behaviors in using the Platform and the content you post and submit. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LigaChat, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from and against any and all claims, costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Platform provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LigaChat and its affiliates and third-party service providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights, as well as other oral or electronic warranties or promises. You assume all risks of device damage, loss of service usage rights, and loss of user content. LigaChat does not guarantee that the Platform services will run continuously or without interruption.

LigaChat shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or reliance damages arising out of this Agreement or your use of or attempt to use the Platform services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, etc. (whether based on tort, contract, or other legal theories). You agree to release LigaChat, its affiliates, third-party service providers, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, and damages (including actual and consequential damages, whether known or unknown) arising out of your use of the Platform.

XIV. Severability and Waiver ١٤. القابلية للفصل والتنازل

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be adjusted to reflect the core intent as closely as possible; if it cannot be adjusted, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. LigaChat's failure to exercise any right or enforce any breach under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to exercise such right or enforce such breach in the future.

XV. Entire Agreement and Revisions ١٥. الاتفاقية الكاملة والتعديلات

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LigaChat regarding the Platform services, superseding all prior and contemporaneous oral or written agreements, understandings, and promises. LigaChat reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time. If the revisions have a material impact on your rights, the Platform will notify you in advance and retain the revised version. Your continued use of the Platform services after the revisions are made constitutes your agreement and acceptance of the revised Agreement.

You may not assign any of your rights or authorizations under this Agreement. LigaChat may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without restriction.

XVII. Refund Policy ١٧. سياسة الاسترداد

Unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Platform, paid services purchased by you through the Platform are non-refundable once payment is completed.

XVIII. Account Suspension and Termination ١٨. تعليق وإنهاء الحساب

To guarantee the security of Platform users, LigaChat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement and Platform policies. Users whose accounts are terminated are prohibited from accessing, holding, or registering new LigaChat accounts.

لضمان أمن مستخدمي المنصة، تحتفظ LigaChat بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الاتفاقية وسياسات المنصة. ويُحظر على المستخدمين الذين تم إنهاء حساباتهم الوصول إلى حسابات LigaChat جديدة أو امتلاكها أو تسجيلها.

Cases of Account Suspension/Termination include:

Violating Content:المحتوى المخالف: Repeated violations of this Agreement and Platform policies, posting abusive, hateful, harassing, impersonating, or inappropriate content, etc.; الانتهاكات المتكررة لهذه الاتفاقية وسياسات المنصة، أو نشر محتوى مسيء، أو يحض على الكراهية، أو ينطوي على مضايقة، أو انتحال شخصية، أو غير لائق، وما إلى ذلك؛

3. XIX. Other Provisions ١٩. أحكام أخرى

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Platform services. Except as explicitly agreed in this Agreement, the parties have no other rights not specified herein. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation and enforcement of the provisions.
